Add your company or organization’s logo to customize your survey and reflect your brand. The logo will appear at the top of every page in your survey.
How to Add a Logo
- Go to My Surveys and click on the Design icon (
) for the survey you want to add the logo to.
2. Click the Add Logo button at the top left.
3. Click on “Click to Add Logo”:
4. Click Browse to locate and select the logo from your computer or enter the image URL in the “Enter the image URL” textbox. For more information about finding an image URL, see our help article on Find the URL of an Image.
5. Click Upload.
6. Hover over the logo to customize its width and height using the sizing handle, or change/delete the logo.
7. Click Save.
Logo Appearance in Surveys
The logo will appear on the top right of your survey. You can always see how it looks by testing your survey, either with the Preview button on the survey design page, or by clicking on the survey on the My Surveys page. We’ve provided a couple of examples below:

Important!
- You can upload only .jpg, .gif, or .png images of less than 1MB.
- When you copy a survey, the logo will be carried over to the copy along with the questions, answer choices, page logic, theme, and other survey design settings.
- In mobile view, if the logo is wide it will automatically resize to fit in the space available.
- We recommend using the latest versions of common browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer, or Safari) when adding a logo to your survey.
How to Edit or Delete a Logo
If you decide you want to resize, change, or delete a logo that was previously added, you can follow these steps:
- Go to My Surveys and click on the Design icon (
- Click the Edit Logo button at the top left.
- Hover over the logo to edit the width and height of the logo using the sizing handle.
- To change the logo, click the Pencil icon and follow the steps for adding a logo.
- To delete the logo, click the Delete icon (X). Deleting the logo will remove it from your survey.
- Click Save.
Who Can Use This Feature?
This feature is currently available to Advanced, Professional and Enterprise users. Basic accounts must upload to one of these packages in order to add a logo.
