You can create special instructions for any question in your survey, which are displayed when respondents click on the help icon while taking the survey. To add your instructions, click on the Instructions tab at the bottom of the full question edit screen.
Then check the box to enable instruction text and enter your instructions in the text field. You can also customize the color of the help icon.
When respondents hover over your help icon, they will see the additional instructions you entered.
