Modify Survey Title

You can change the title of your survey from the Survey Design menu or the Survey Settings menu.

Survey Design

From the My Surveys page, click the Survey Design icon (). Then click the Edit Title button at the top left.

Insert the desired title and click Save.

Survey Settings

From the My Surveys menu, click the Survey Settings icon () or click the Survey Settings button from the Survey Design menu. Click “Edit Survey Title”.

Update the title as desired and click Save.
