If you choose to enable the setting “Optimize Survey for Mobile Devices” (available on the Survey Settings page), the presentation style chosen for your survey will be substituted on mobile devices and tablets with a lightweight, mobile-optimized style. This setting will not alter the survey’s appearance on computers.
