SurveyMethods allows you to add an alternate billing contact to your SurveyMethods account. This contact will be copied on all billing-related emails for your account, such as invoices, receipts, or notices of a declined credit card, but will not have the ability to log in to your account.
To add an alternate billing contact, first log in to your SurveyMethods account and navigate to My Account by hovering over the icon at the top right and choosing My Account.
Click on the Billing tab and then at the bottom choose “Add an Alternate Billing Contact”.
Enter the billing contact’s name (optional), phone number (optional) and email address (mandatory) and click Save.
