When you create an event registration survey, the SurveyMethods application will take you through a 5-step wizard to create your event and add it to your survey. Step 5 of the event registration wizard is to schedule automatic reminders for your events.

Additionally, you can access the automatic reminders page from the survey settings menu. To find this menu, navigate to survey settings by clicking the settings icon () from the My Surveys page, and then look for Calendar Events on the left-hand side. Underneath that heading is a link for scheduling automatic reminders.

If you’re on the Calendar Events menu (accessed by clicking “My Events” on the survey settings page), you can reach the automatic reminders by clicking the schedule reminders icon.

Finally, you can schedule reminders from the Manage Survey Activity page by clicking Schedule Automatic Reminders in the Manage Your Events section.
