SurveyMethods offers two months free on annual accounts, allowing you to save money on your subscription. You can choose between these billing cycles when you sign up for a new account, but if you have an active subscription and want to update your billing cycle, you can do so from the My Account menu in the application. First log in to your SurveyMethods account and then navigate to My Account by hovering over the icon at the top right and choosing My Account.
Click on the Billing tab and then click “Change” next to your current billing cycle.
The system will display your current billing cycle and provide the option to switch to either monthly or annual depending on your current billing cycle. If you are switching from monthly to annual, the system will calculate the credit available on your account (the unused portion of your current billing cycle) and display the amount you will be charged if you change to an annual plan.
If you are switching from yearly to monthly, there will be no charge and the change will take place at the end of your current billing cycle.
You can only choose between monthly and yearly billing cycles in the application. If you would like to change to a different billing cycle (quarterly, half-yearly, two years, or a custom period), please contact SurveyMethods support at smsupport@surveymethods.net.
