To manage your subscription, first log in to your SurveyMethods account and then navigate to My Account by hovering over the icon at the top right and choosing My Account.
Then click on the Billing tab. To change your subscription type, click on “Change” next to the Package Type. To change your billing cycle (monthly vs. annual), click on “Change” next to the billing cycle.
