SurveyMethods provides more than just award-winning survey software. We also have polling and event management software, as well as a free, easy-to-use newsletter application.
While you build your newsletter you will automatically see a preview of it in the preview pane of the newsletter design page. You can access the newsletter design page by first logging in to your SurveyMethods account and navigating to the My Newsletters page by clicking the Newsletters menu on the navigation bar.
From there, you can create a new newsletter from scratch with the Create Newsletter button, or choose one of your existing newsletters by clicking the Design & Launch icon.
As you make changes to the newsletter they will be shown in the preview pane.
However, we also offer an option to preview a version of the newsletter with live links and buttons, exactly as the recipient will see, by clicking the Preview link on the top right of the newsletter design page.
The system will save any unsaved changes and open the newsletter in a new tab.
This will display the newsletter exactly as respondents will see it in their email.
You can alternatively launch the email only to yourself by clicking the Launch link:

You will receive the launched newsletter within 5-20 minutes and then can view it in your email client (e.g. Outlook or gmail).
