Receipts for your SurveyMethods subscription can be found in your SurveyMethods account in the My Account menu. To view or download your receipts, log in to your SurveyMethods account and then navigate to My Account by hovering over the icon at the top right and choosing My Account.
Click on the Billing tab and then click “View My Receipts/Invoices” in the Billing section.
You will then see a history of all of your invoices or receipts along with the invoice date, amount, package type, and payment status. You can view or download any invoice or receipt by clicking on the invoice number.
You can view and print the invoice, or have it emailed (to you or anyone else) by clicking the “Email this Receipt” or “Email this Invoice” button and following the on-screen instructions.
