Change Login Email Address (Login ID)

To update your login email address, first log in to your SurveyMethods account and then navigate to My Account by hovering over the icon at the top right and choosing My Account.

Your account information will be displayed on the Profile tab. Click the “Change” link next to your login ID.

You will be prompted to verify your account password and enter your new login ID.
