Edit User Information

To edit your user information, first log in to your SurveyMethods account and then navigate to My Account by hovering over the icon at the top right and choosing My Account.

Your account information will be displayed on the Profile tab. To edit this information, click the “Edit User Information” button on the top right.

Make updates to any of the fields and click Save.

To change your login ID, you will need to return to the Profile page and click the “Change” link next to your login ID.

You will be prompted to verify your account password and enter your new login ID.
