If you want to manually send reminders to invitees that have begun completing the survey but not submitted it, you can do so from the Manage surveys menu. Access this menu by clicking the Manage icon (
On the left side, under Send Reminders, choose “To those who have partially responded”.
Configure the email settings, compose the message, and click Send.
The email will be sent to all invitees who have begun taking the survey but not completed it, including survey link so they can return and complete the survey.
