To manage your payment method, first log in to your SurveyMethods account and then navigate to My Account by hovering over the icon at the top right and choosing My Account.
Click on the Billing tab and then click on Change My Credit Card Information & Billing Address.
Update the information as needed and click Save.
If you do not see the “Change My Credit Card” link, you likely paid by check, electronic (ACH) transfer, or wire. Contact SurveyMethods support at smsupport@surveymethods.net to update your payment information or request an invoice.
