If you want to change from one account type to another (for example from Advanced to Professional or vice-versa), you can do so from the My Account menu in the application. First log in to your SurveyMethods account and then navigate to My Account by hovering over the icon at the top right and choosing My Account.
Click on the Billing tab and then click “Change” next to your current package type.
The system will display your current package type, provide an option to change to a different package type, and will display the amount owed or the credit available (if you’re downgrading to a lower package type).
If you are downgrading from a higher cost account (e.g. Professional) to a lower cost account (e.g. Advanced), any remaining credit will extend the subscription period of your account. When you reach the end of the subscription period your account will return to a monthly subscription period at the then-current subscription rate.
