Once you have launched your survey, you have two options to send the survey to additional respondents through the application via email:
- Relaunch the survey using the Launch icon (
) on the My Surveys page.
- Click the “Send survey to additional respondents via email” link on the Manage menu.
Relaunch the Survey
Regardless of the status of your survey, whether it has been launched before or has not yet been launched, you can use the Launch icon (
You will be taken to the survey launch wizard and can choose the web URL or email launch method. If you choose email launch, you can choose whether to send it only to respondents that have not completed the survey or to all emails on your mailing list.
Send to Additional Respondents Using the Manage Survey Menu
Access the Manage Survey menu using the Manage icon (
On the left side you will see a link to send the survey to additional respondents. Click this link and follow the steps in the launch wizard.
